Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using PepStack (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

PepStack is a peptide reconstitution calculator and protocol tracking tool for iOS and watchOS. It performs mathematical calculations to help users determine BAC water volumes, syringe units, and dose frequencies for peptide research.

Medical Disclaimer

PepStack is NOT a medical device, and does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. The App is intended for research and educational purposes only.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any peptide protocol. Users assume full responsibility for their use of information provided by the App.

Subscriptions

PepStack offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Subscriptions are managed entirely through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.

User Data

All data you enter into PepStack (protocols, dose logs, journal entries, health metrics) is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your data and cannot recover it if your device is lost or reset. You are responsible for backing up your device.

Accuracy of Calculations

While PepStack strives for mathematical accuracy, we do not guarantee that all calculations are error-free. Users should independently verify critical dosing calculations. PepStack is not liable for any errors in calculations or any consequences resulting from reliance on the App.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daniel Son, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted at this URL. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law
